Tickets and vouchers for advance ticket purchases are shipped FREE via standard US postal service to valid US addresses.

Confirming Tour Vouchers for NYCVP Sightseeing and Walking Tours* will be e-mailed to you once your credit card is processed. Please make sure you add nyctrip.com and TicketOrder@nyctrip.com into your list of mailers from whom you can receive e-mail.

You may opt to have your purchase shipped to you by an expedited service, such as Federal Express or DHL, to an address in the continental US for an additional fee. If you purchase several options the same day you will only pay once for expedited shipping. Orders will be sent the same day for transactions made by 3pm Eastern US time Monday - Friday. Orders received after 3pm, or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be sent the following business day.

• 2-3 Business Day Delivery -- shipped via Federal Express or DHL (at our discretion). Not valid for PO Box addresses

For orders placed within 14 days of your planned arrival in New York City, free US postal service shipping is not available.  You will see the exact shipping charge when you Check Out.

Orders placed outside of the United States will be delivered by courier service to a Manhattan hotel. Orders cannot be delivered by any other method. There is an additional charge for this service.
